Nichols Kaster & Anderson, PLLP - the Voice for employees Join A CaseEspañol

A great employment law firm has a purpose.

At the employment law firm of Nichols Kaster & Anderson, PLLP our purpose is clear: the advancement of the rights of working men and women.

Our history dates back to 1974, when Don Nichols opened his private practice in Minneapolis. His representation set the example for others in the firm to follow: taking all possible measures to professionally represent his clients, taking risks against large, better-financed opponents, and not allowing the financial limitations of clients to impede his zealous advocacy. This has been the mission at Nichols Kaster & Anderson, PLLP for more than twenty years.

Standing behind our commitment to our clients is more than a century of collective trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts. This experience gives meaning to our efforts to bring about fair and just results for our clients.

Although our trial experience is vast and far-reaching, our practice is limited almost exclusively to the representation of employees in individual and class action cases. We are “the voice for employees®.”
