Our history dates back to 1974, when Don Nichols opened his private practice in Minneapolis. This has been the mission at Nichols Kaster & Anderson, PLLP for more than twenty years.

Nichols Kaster & Anderson and the Donati Law Firm have brought a nationwide lawsuit on behalf of hourly workers who are or were employed by Kellogg Company as operators or production workers in any of its numerous plants located across the country.
