Bait and Switch Travel Sales

In a recent article, renowned travel guru Arthur Frommer warned that bait and switch sales practices have “made a massive return to travel advertising.”  In many cases, consumers have reported that the prices offered to them did not match the prices advertised to the public, and in some cases, consumers have reported that their price or travel arrangements were changed even after they already had submitted their credit card or other billing information.
