Andrew G. Chase

Andrew G. Chase is dedicated to standing up for the rights of working men and women.  As a member of Nichols Kaster’s Business Development Group, he protects those rights by identifying and investigating companies that violate federal and state employment laws, and developing those investigations into class and collective actions on behalf of current and former employees.  And as a part of the firm’s National Wage and Hour Litigation Team, Andrew has helped represent thousands of employees in multi-plaintiff collective and class actions involving wage and hour violations, such as unpaid overtime, minimum wage violations, improper meal and rest breaks, and unpaid commissions.

While in law school, Andrew served as the president of his school’s Employment and Labor Law Society for two terms, as well the vice president and treasurer of Law Students for Legal Disaster Relief — a group that travels to disaster-affected areas throughout the country to provide free legal services — for which he received recognition for Achievement in Volunteer Public Service from the Minnesota Justice Foundation.

Andrew is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and New York, and is also a qualified neutral under Minnesota Rule of Practice 114, eligible to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution services.
