Matthew H. Morgan

Matthew H. Morgan is a skilled litigator who uses his creativity and practical insight to achieve successful results for clients. Matt has tried many jury and bench trials to verdict in state and federal courts. He most recently helped try a breach of employment agreement dispute on behalf of a corporate executive who received a seven figure damages award. Matt is committed to protecting employee rights in the workplace.

Matt is a member of Nichols Kaster's National Wage and Hour Litigation Team, working on wage and hour violations under federal and state laws for multi-plaintiff collective and class actions. Matt has also successfully represented clients in a variety of employment-related matters involving non-competition and non-solicitation provisions of employment and separation agreements, discrimination, professional licensure, sexual harassment, breach of duty of loyalty, unfair competition, and breach of contract. Matt has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Matt has been an adjunct faculty member at William Mitchell College of Law where he taught representation skills to first-year students and advanced advocacy to second and third-year students. Matt has been asked to lecture on various litigation-related topics, is an active member of the bar, and serves as a mentor for law students at the University of St. Thomas.
