Rachhana T. Srey

Rachhana T. Srey’s exceptional case management skills have earned her the respect of her colleagues in the legal community. Rachhana’s clients appreciate her commitment to their needs and her ability to achieve results as well as the ease with which she relates to them on a personal level.

Rachhana is currently litigating several class and collective action cases on behalf of employees for unpaid overtime and minimum wages and has represented thousands of workers. In addition, she has handled a variety of types of employment cases including retaliation under the Family Medical Leave Act, breach of contract, and discrimination claims based on pregnancy, gender, race, national origin, religious and age. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association Class and Collective Action Committee and contributes to their quarterly publication and is also a member of the Minnesota Chapter of NELA. Rachhana has spoken both nationally and locally on topics related to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the basics of discovery in civil litigation.
