Tim C. Selander
Tim C. Selander represents workers in disputes related to unpaid wages, overtime pay, commissions, and wrongful termination. As a member of Nichols Kaster's Wage and Hour Litigation Team, Tim has helped thousands of workers in a wide range of industries recover minimum wages and overtime pay. Regardless of whether Tim is representing white-collar employees like loan officers and mortgage underwriters or blue-collar employees like cable installers and construction workers, Tim vigorously advocates on their behalf to ensure that they receive “a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work” in accordance with the law.
Tim has litigated claims in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration. His work on behalf of employees has resulted in notable decisions involving class and conditional certification, FLSA classification, and employee rights in arbitration.
