Discrimination in Public School

FOR MORE INFORMATION CALL 612-256-3240 OR EMAIL OUR CLERK AT INTAKE@NKA.COM

Various federal laws prohibit schools from discriminating against students on the basis of race, national origin, religion, sex, and disability. Examples of discrimination could include schools failing to take action if other students are physically or verbally assaulting your child or schools failing to provide necessary accommodations. If you or your child has been subject to discrimination at any level of education, you may be able to pursue legal action. If you would like to speak with any attorney about your rights, please contact our Civil Rights and Impact Litigation practice group.
