Discrimination in Public School

Various federal laws prohibit schools from discriminating against students on the basis of race, national origin, religion, sex, and disability. Examples of discrimination could include schools failing to take action if other students are physically or verbally assaulting your child or schools failing to provide necessary accommodations. If you or your child has been subject to discrimination at any level of education, you may be able to pursue legal action.
