Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors

Many employees with job titles such as "assistant manager" or "shift supervisor" believe they are not eligible to receive overtime pay because of their title and because they are paid on a salary basis.

Assistant managers or shift supervisors whose primary duty is not management, or who do not regularly supervise the equivalent of two or more full time employees, may be eligible for overtime pay.

If you have been an assistant manager, or held a similar position, and have not been paid for overtime wages, you may be eligible to make a claim for damages. If you have questions about this investigation or would like to discuss your potential claims, please contact us.
