401(k)

Bank of Oklahoma

West, et al. v. BOKF, NA, et al.
Case No. 4:20-cv-00101-JED-FHM (N.D. Okla)

On March 12, 2020, we filed a lawsuit on behalf of participants in BOK Financial 401(k) Plan, (the “Plan”). The lawsuit alleges that the Plan’s fiduciaries (the Defendants in the case) violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) by failing to act prudently or in the interest of Plan participants and beneficiaries. Among other things, the lawsuit alleges that Defendants breached their fiduciary duties by loading the Plan’s investment menu with Bank of Oklahoma-affiliated products despite their alleged poor performance and high costs.

The lawsuit seeks to recover the Plan’s financial losses and other equitable relief. For a copy of the Complaint, click here.
