Nichols Kaster Partner Matt Helland to Discuss FLSA Exemptions in the Wake of Encino Motorcars

On Wednesday, April 10, 2019, Nichols Kaster partner Matt Helland will discuss United States Supreme Court decision Encino Motorcars, LLC v. Navarro as part of an American Bar Association webinar entitled Encino Motorcars: Has Everything Changed or is it all Still the Same? The webinar, which is open to the general public, will cover the legislative and litigation history leading up to the Supreme Court’s two decisions in Epic Systems, and then will analyze litigation trends in the lower courts since Epic Systems.
