Partner Michele Fisher to Co-Chair American Bar Association Conference in Mexico

Nichols Kaster, PLLP partner Michele Fisher will be co-chairing the ABA Federal Labor Standards Legislation committee's annual conference in Playa del Carmen, Mexico February 20-22, 2019.  This conference is attended by attorneys from the plaintiff and defense bar, neutrals, public interest groups, legal scholars, and government officials.  The topics range from discussing employee wage and hour litigation to addressing other important federal statutes that protect workers from discrimination and retaliation.  This is Michele's third year co-chairing the conference.
