Apollo Retail Specialists, LLC Update

Apollo has agreed to attend mediation in this case, in the hope that we can reach a settlement. The mediation is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in Ohio.  Although there is no guarantee that we will settle the case, this is a positive sign that we are moving towards resolution of this matter.  After the mediation, we will promptly notify our clients as to whether we were able to reach a tentative settlement.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, or if you need to provide us with updated contact information, please contact Zach at (877) 344-4628, or zwaldon@nka.com.
