Apollo Retail Specialists, LLC Update

We have been working with Apollo over the past few months in an effort to reach a settlement in this matter.  In June, we attended mediation with Apollo before Magistrate Judge Abel.  Since that mediation, we have been working with Apollo to get the data we need to calculate everyone’s damages.  We are hopeful that we will get this information soon and that we will be able to move forward with our settlement discussions.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, or if you need to provide us with updated contact information, please contact our case clerk Zach Waldon at (877) 344-4628 , or zwaldon@nka.com.
