Boyd Gaming Update

On June 6, 2014, the Court granted our motion for conditional certification. The Court also ordered Boyd produce to Plaintiffs the names of all hourly employees nationwide who used Boyd’s Kronos timekeeping system during the last three years. Plaintiffs will then send notice to these persons, and they will have 60 days to decide whether they wish to join the case.
Plaintiffs anticipated sending this notice in mid-July, but have so far been unable to do so in part because Boyd has not yet produced to them the list of persons who will receive the notice.  Boyd is refusing to hand over the list until the Court makes a final decision on the language of the notice that will be sent.  Plaintiffs do not know when the Court will rule on this issue or when Boyd will finally produce the list.  In the meantime, if you or anyone you know worked for Boyd and used the Kronos Timekeeping System during the last three years, you can join by completing and returning this Consent Form.
