Nichols Kaster partner Matthew C. Helland published an article in the Winter 2019 issue of PLI Current: The Journal of the PLI Press. Matt’s article is entitled “Costs of Defense in Mass Individual Wage-and Hour Arbitrations: A Case Study”.
