Good News! Notice Mailed to MLOs

On November 23, 2012, Court-approved judicial notice was mailed to current and former MLOs who worked for US Bank between November 22, 2008 and September 27, 2012.  The notice provides information about the case and instructions for how an interested and eligible MLO can participate.  The notice also explains that interested MLOs have until January 7, 2013 to respond.  Please contact Tim Selander (selander@nka.com or (877) 344-4628), or the case clerk Brigit Boler (bboler@nka.com or (877) 344-4628) with questions.
