We are currently awaiting a ruling from the Court on our motion for conditional certification. If granted, the Court will allow us to send notice of the action to solids control technicians who have not yet joined the case and give them a chance to sign up. Once we hear back from the Court, we will provide another update.
As a normal part of the discovery process, Kayden served us with requests seeking certain information and documents from a sampling of solids control technicians.
