Minnesota and Massachusetts Attorneys General take action to protect consumers from for-profit colleges

According to the StarTribune, the Minnesota Attorney General is pursuing an action against Globe University and the Minnesota School of Business for their fraudulent and deceptive marketing to students. In Massachusetts, the Consumerist, reports that the Massachusetts Attorney General commenced an action against ITT Tech for using unfair and harassing sales tactics, and misleading students about the success of its graduates.
