James H. Kaster , E. Michelle Drake, Rachhana T. Srey, Steven A. Smith, Michele R. Fisher, Paul J. Lukas, and Matthew H. Morgan will be presenting at the Minnesota CLE/ MSBA Labor and Employment Law Section and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association “Employment Law Institute on May 19 & 20, 2014 at the St. Paul River Centre, St. Paul, Minnesota.
James H. Kaster will moderate several panel discussions and present with Matthew Morgan on the topic of mock trials. E. Michelle Drake will talk about compliant and effective job applicant screening. Rachhana Srey will provide an analysis of recent Title VII decisions. Steven Smith will discuss the effect of key federal and state cases regarding retaliation and changes to the Minnesota Whistleblower law as well as the continuing developments in disability litigation and the impact of mental health diagnosis on accommodation. Michele Fisher will participate on a panel, moderated by Paul Lukas, discussing wage and hour emerging trends, cases and analysis.
