Nichols Kaster, PLLP Partners Participate in ABA Conference in the Bahamas

Michele Fisher is co-chair of a conference in Nassau, Bahamas on February 21-23, for the American Bar Association's Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee. Nichols Kaster, PLLP Partners Matt Helland and David Schlesinger will present at the conference. Matt will present about the the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act of 1988 (the "WARN Act") and David Schlesinger will participate on a panel about current issues in Equal Pay Act litigation.
