Nichols Kaster is pleased to announce that it has added associate attorneys to its practice groups.
Caroline Bressman and Jay Eidsness joined the firm’s wage and hour team, where they will be litigating cases for unpaid wages. Bressman worked as a law clerk for the firm and was hired as an associate. Jay Eidsness formerly worked as an attorney clerk for the Honorable Ann D. Montgomery in the District of Minnesota.
Chloe O’Neill joined the firm’s ERISA group where she will handle class action cases involving the imprudent management of employee 401(k) funds by employers. Prior to joining the firm, O’Neill worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Anne K. McKeig at the Minnesota Supreme Court.
