Nichols Kaster, PLLP, together with Shavitz Law Group, P.A. and Law Office of Keith M. Stern, P.A. reached a settlement in the amount of $2,916,000.00 with Pilot Corporation and Pilot Travel Centers, LLC. The settlement provides overtime compensation to 3,939 individuals who allege they worked unpaid overtime hours as cashiers, team leaders, and shift leaders at locations around the country.
