AmeriHealth Caritas, LLC Case Update

On December 13, 2019 the Court granted Preliminary Approval of the Settlement Agreement with AmeriHealth Caritas. This approval allows Notice of Settlement to be sent by mail to eligible settlement class members in this case. We expect these Notices to be mailed in early January of 2020. The Notice itself will contain more information about the Settlement and class member’s participation, including contact information for the settlement administrator.
