Chloe A. Raimey


Chloe is a member of Nichols Kaster’s ERISA litigation team where she represents employees whose retirement accounts have been shortchanged due to excessive fees, imprudent investments, employer self-dealing, and general mismanagement.

Prior to joining the firm, Chloe clerked for Justice Anne McKeig on the Minnesota Supreme Court. During law school, she served as the editor-in-chief of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal, worked as a litigation law clerk for the League of Minnesota Cities, interned with the Advocates for Human Rights in their women’s rights division, and represented consumers in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings through the University of St. Thomas Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic. Prior to law school, Chloe gained additional writing experience as well as employee benefits knowledge as a communications specialist with a focus on human resources topics.
