Stanfield, et al. v. First NLC Financial Services, LLC

In May 2006, we filed a Complaint on behalf of loan officers, loan processors, and account managers against First NLC Financial Services, LLC.  Funders and inside account executives were later added as eligible job positions in the lawsuit.  These employees sought overtime compensation under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.  The case has been settled, finalized by the court, and disbursements have been made.
