On July 14, 2022, we filed a lawsuit on behalf of participants in O-I Glass, Inc.’s defined contribution retirement plans: the Owens-Illinois, Inc. Stock Purchase and Savings Program and the Owens-Illinois, Inc. Long-Term Savings Plan. Specifically, we allege that the plans’ fiduciaries (the defendants in this case) violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) by, among other things, giving improper preference to investments managed by O-I Glass, Inc.’s former affiliate, Harbor Capital Advisors. The lawsuit is currently pending.
