Transparency in Coverage Rule requires that Health plans make available to the public machine-readable files with: In-network rates negotiated with providers, allowed amounts (historical payments) to out-of-network providers and their billed charges. These files are required to be “machine readable” which means that the information must be in a format that can be processed by a computer. - Wellness SharePoint Webpage: A centralized hub with information on healthcare programs, employee assistance plans, wellness resources, and upcoming events.
- Wellness Challenges and Raffles: Engaging team activities designed to foster camaraderie and promote overall well-being.
