Our firm takes pride in our ability to stand up to corporations and in being a voice for people who have been treated unfairly. We pride ourselves on always putting our clients first and doing whatever it takes to get them the justice they deserve. With a collaborative team approach, and creative thinking, our firm has become a leader in employee and consumer rights litigation and well known and widely respected across the country.

Benefits

Nichols Kaster offers competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental, 401k and participation in the firm’s discretionary annual bonus plan.

Transparency in Coverage Rule requires that Health plans make available to the public machine-readable files with: In-network rates negotiated with providers, allowed amounts (historical payments) to out-of-network providers and their billed charges. These files are required to be “machine readable” which means that the information must be in a format that can be processed by a computer. As Nichols Kaster’s health plan administrator, AmeriHealth has created these files for the plan and can be accessed with this link AHA MRF URL.
