No Company Is Too Big to Play Fair

About

Anthony Alas is an associate attorney at Nichols Kaster, where he represents workers and individuals in complex litigation involving wage-and-hour, ERISA, civil rights, and other issues affecting their rights and livelihoods. Anthony is passionate about using class and collective actions to hold employers and institutions accountable for conduct that undermines the rights of workers and individuals.

Prior to joining Nichols Kaster, Anthony served as an Assistant Attorney General in the civil litigation practice of the Minnesota Attorney General's Office where he represented state agencies before district and appellate courts. While in law school, Anthony was named a Saeks Public Interest Residency Fellow and a Robina Public Interest Scholar. He also received the Equal Justice Works Regional Public Interest Award for his commitment to serving the community and was awarded Best Brief Overall at the William E.
