Overview

Ainsley joined Nichols Kaster in 2026 as a Case Development Clerk in the firm's Civil Rights and Impact Litigation Practice. She recently graduated from Macalester College with a degree in Political Science, a Legal Studies Concentration and Linguistics Minor. In college, Ainsley was a part of the college's Student Government, Human Rights Organization, Moot Court, and Mock Trial as a team captain and nationally recognized All-American Attorney. She has experience working in criminal defense and employment-based immigration law.
