Overview

Tom began his employment with Nichols Kaster in 2013 as a Firm Administrator with primary responsibilities being Human Resources and Administration. He is a member of the Nichols Kaster management committee as well as the marketing and digital marketing, training, social, wellness and diversity, equity, and inclusion committees. Tom also manages the Financial Loss and Valuation team for the firm. He also is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, National, and Minnesota.

Tom has a very diverse background having worked in professional services, re-insurance, and technology.
