Heather O'Neil began her employment with Nichols Kaster as a paralegal in 2002, working with Steven Andrew Smith. Her caseload includes individual employment cases, as well as class and multi-plaintiff cases. In addition to her role as a paralegal, Heather is an active member of various firm committees, and a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association and the Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter of Women in eDiscovery.

Heather is a Minnesota Certified Paralegal.
