Kate Fisher is the Case Development Attorney for the Civil Rights and Impact Litigation practice group at Nichols Kaster, PLLP. In this role, she investigates new cases and works with other members of the practice group to advance the litigation. Kate has worked on a variety of matters including mass and class actions challenging discrimination, fraud, and other unfair business practices, as well as Qui Tam matters.
Kate formerly served as an Associate Attorney for the firm’s Individual Practice Group, where she represented employees in a wide range of employment-related matters, including but not limited to, allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, and whistleblower claims. In addition to her practice experience, Kate previously worked as a business analyst for a large corporation headquartered in the Twin Cities, as well as an attorney editor for another company.
