On July 23, 2012, we amended our Complaint to add American Security Insurance Company (“ASIC”) as a Defendant, alleging that ASIC issued backdated lender-placed insurance policies for U.S. Bank and paid kickbacks, commissions, or other compensation to U.S. Bank in return for business. We also added an unjust enrichment claim against both U.S. Bank and ASIC.
