Kellogg Update

As you may recall, the period to join this lawsuit came to a close January 6, 2012. We now have 422 plaintiffs who have joined the case to pursue their claim for uncompensated time spent walking between the changing rooms and time clocks. We recently conducted a site inspection at the Rossville and Memphis plants on May to gather more information on your claim for walking-time.   We are in the process of calculating each Plaintiff’s damages in this case.  As always, please contact the clerk on the case, Amy Robertson, for any questions at (877) 344-4628 or at arobertson@nka.com.
