Wave Comm Update

We are coming to the end of the phase of the litigation called “discovery.”  During the discovery phase of the case, we have exchanged and reviewed thousands of documents and other information.  The discovery phase should close soon.  After discovery closes, both parties will ask the Court to rule in their favor on a few different issues, but the primary issue will be whether Wave Comm’s cable installers are entitled to overtime pay under the law.  The Court may make that decision quickly or it may take many months – there is no time constraint or deadline for it to make a decision.  Thank you for your patience during this process.  If you have any questions about the case or if you need to update your contact information please contact the clerk on the case, Ryan Kopischke, at 612-256-3269, or by e-mail at rkopischke@nka.com.
