On July 24, 2013, the Court moved the trial in this case. The trial is now set to begin on March 3, 2014. The Court changed the date because it has a five-month criminal trial beginning this month. Although we were eager to begin trial this fall, we will use this delay to our advantage, and we will continue to fight hard for the class.
