There have been several recent developments in this case. First, Union Savings Bank agreed to conditionally certify this case as a collective action. As a result, we mailed notice of the lawsuit on February 1, 2013 to over 500 former and current loan officers. These court-approved notices describe the case and provide instructions on how to join. Second, Union Savings Bank has agreed to attend a mediation to try to settle the case. The mediation will likely be scheduled in May 2013.
