We are currently in a very important phase of the case against ISGN. The parties agreed to conditional certify the case as a collective action and the Court ordered that notice of the lawsuit be sent to all mortgage underwriters and those in other positions with similar job titles or duties who work or have worked for ISGN and were classified as exempt employees since May 23, 2010. The Court approved notice was sent to 153current and former employees of ISGN on May 30, 2013. Those individuals have until July 29, 2013, to return a Plaintiff Consent Form and join the lawsuit. Anyone who has not submitted a signed Consent Form to join the case by July 29 will not be able to participate in the lawsuit and will not be included in any settlement or judgment that is reached. After the deadline to join the case has passed, the parties will discuss whether a settlement is possible or further litigation is required.
