Good news! We participated in the settlement approval hearing with Judge McCalla earlier today and he approved of the settlement in all respects. This means that we should be receiving the settlement checks at our office in the next 10 business days. Once we process the checks in our office, we will mail them out right away to all of the settlement class members.
It is important that you keep us up to date on your mailing address as we will be mailing your check to the address that we have on file for you. If you’ve recently had a change of address, please let us know.
