The parties met for a settlement conference in Chicago with Judge Kim on October 15 and reached a preliminary settlement. Under the terms of the preliminary settlement agreement all eligible opt-in plaintiffs will receive a portion of a payout of at least $500,000. All eligible opt-in plaintiffs will receive a notice in the near future detailing the terms of the settlement and explaining what they must do to receive payment.
