Entertainers Seek Permission to Proceed as a Collective Action

Entertainers who worked at Follies strip club filed a motion with the court on June 26, 2014, asking for permission to proceed as a collective action. Entertainers wish to send notice of the lawsuit to all similarly situated persons who worked at Follies during the last three years. This notice would inform entertainers of the existence of the lawsuit, their legal right to minimum wage, and their opportunity to join the case. Follies opposed our request. If you danced at Follies anytime during the last three years, you can join the case by completing and returning a Consent Form.
