The parties reached an agreement to settle the case in July, 2014. The settlement approval papers were filed with the Court on July 24, 2014. To date, the court has not issued an Order approving the settlement. Once the settlement is approved by the Court and the Order signed, Notice of the Settlement will be mailed advising you of your rights and choices under the settlement agreement.
