We are still working with Apollo and its attorneys to reach a settlement in this matter. As you may recall, although we reached a tentative settlement in June of 2015, facts were later discovered that brought both parties back to the negotiating table. We hope to reach a settlement soon, and file our settlement-approval papers with the Court shortly thereafter. If we are unable to reach settlement in mid-February, we will begin the discovery process which involves the exchange of information between the parties. We will also file our Motion For Conditional Certification and Judicial Notice, which, if granted, will allow field employees to proceed collectively against Apollo and receive notice of this lawsuit so that they may join the case.
