All HomeCaring/At Home With Care – Overtime Lawsuit - Update August 28, 2017

Good news! On July 7, 2017, we reached a settlement that will be offered to current and former home health care workers who worked for All HomeCaring and At Home With Care from January 1, 2015 through July 7, 2017. The parties hope to file the paperwork with the Court to approve the settlement soon. Once the settlement is approved, we will distribute settlement checks to the last-known addresses of those who are eligible. Those wishing to join the settlement will simply have to cash their checks. We anticipate checks being mails sometime in October, but it will ultimately depend on how quickly the Court issues its order.
