Michele Fisher and Rachhana Srey will be presenting at the Practising Law Institute’s annual Wage & Hour Litigation and Compliance seminar on March 1st in New York City. Fisher, who is the co-chair of the conference, will present on “Implementing the New ‘White Collar’ Regulations.” Srey will provide a “Wage & Hour Case Law Update”. This full day conference brings together nationally recognized employer and employee advocates, prominent in-house counsel, as well as the U.S. Department of Labor, to provide timely updates and practical strategies for wage and hour compliance and litigation.
