Nichols Kaster Partner Matt Helland to Present Tips and Strategies for Mass Arbitrations

On Friday, April 5, 2019, Nichols Kaster partner Matt Helland will discuss strategies for mass arbitration as part of a CELA webinar entitled Epic Systems Decision – Repercussions and Strategies – Part 2. The webinar, which is open to CELA and NELA members, will first cover strategies for striking down arbitration agreements. The panelists will then discuss California’s Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) as an alternative to arbitration, and will close by providing tips and strategies for mass arbitrations.
