Nichols Kaster Partner David Schlesinger Elected to MSBA Labor & Employment Governing Council

David Schlesinger, a partner in Nichols Kaster’s employee rights practice group, was recently elected to a two-year term on the Governing Council of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Labor & Employment Law Section. With over 750 members, the Labor & Employment Law Section is one of the largest sections of the Minnesota State Bar Association. David has successfully litigated a wide variety of employment claims, including several significant cases involving gender discrimination, cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and many other claims.
