On December 7th we filed a motion asking permission from the Court to send notice to all school bus drivers giving those who have not yet joined the chance to do so. On January 8th, the Court will hear our arguments on the motion. We are in the discovery phase and served Metropolitan Transportation Network, Inc. with requests for information and documents. Its response is due in early January. On January 14th we plan to take the deposition of the company’s corporate representative about various topics related to the case.
