Jackson Case update
There are currently two important motions pending with the court. Plaintiffs filed a motion for final collective certification of the federal claims and class certification of the Missouri claims, requesting the court allow technicians to proceed forward on a group basis. Plaintiffs also filed a motion for summary judgement, asking the court to determine that technicians are employees and entitled to overtime as a matter of law. The trial is currently set for October 4, 2021.
Overland Case Update
The case is currently in the discovery stage, in which each side exchanges information. A trial date has yet to be set.
