Southwest Research Institute 401(k) Investigation

We are currently investigating Southwest Research Institute’s (SRI) management of its employee retirement plan for possible violations of the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). We are investigating whether SRI gave improper preference to products affiliated with TIAA-CREF, the Plan’s recordkeeper.

If you are a current or former participant in the Southwest Research Institute Retirement Plan within the past six years, you may have a claim for damages.

To learn more about our investigation or discuss your potential claims, please contact Sean Kelly, our Case Development Coordinator, at (612) 256-3275 or skelly@nka.com.
